Morgan turns two on May 26th! My baby isn't a baby anymore. Sigh. On May 24th, we celebrated Morgan's second birthday by hosting a Ladybug Picnic. The party went great! The weather was perfect and everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves, especially Morgan. We had a big spread of food, I made a few sides, and David grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. Morgan's cake was actually several chocolate cupcakes iced together to look as if it was one big ladybug cake. 
The ladybug cake was a big hit with Morgan. By the second bite of cake Morgan had red icing everywhere : ) Lucky for me it washed out of everything.
Morgan's big present from daddy and I was a swingset! Morgan loved it : ) She immediatly started climbing up the slide and by the end of the day she was sliding down all by herself. In addition to the swingset, Morgan got many other fun toys and lots of pretty clothes. We were so grateful to all of our friends and family who help make her day a special one.
