Morgan's 2.5yr Old Well-Check

Morgan had her 2.5 year old well check this week. It went pretty well. She has become familiar with the doctors office and knows the routine. When her name was called she walked right back to the scale and stepped on. She now weighs 27lbs (45% for weight) and is 37.8 inches tall (85% for height). This explains why I have to buy her 3T's to fit her lengthwise and then take in the waist to the size of a 2T. It looks like she is going to be tall and thin : ) Morgan was willing to cooperate with the doctor all the way up until her shots. Once the nurse brought the needles in she decided she was done and told the nurse "all done, bye-bye". It didn't work and she was upset about her shots but the Wall-E sticker helped ease her pain. She did show off her black eye to the doctor and he examined it and said it was nothing to worry about and it would heal in the next week or so. I sure am glad that another well check is over and we don't have to worry about another one for six months. Fingers crossed that she stays healthy and maybe we won't even have to go back to the doctor until the spring!
