A Nice Start to November

It's been awhile since I have posted. The weeks seem to be flying by faster than ever. Earlier in the month, grandad Dennis (Davids dad) came out for a visit. We all had a nice visit and Morgan really enjoyed having grandad here to play with her. The next week, Nonnie had to have surgery so we spent a lot of that week at her house. Nonnie is doing fine, surgery went well, and we all enjoyed spending extra time with her. David and I have been on top of things this year and nearly have all of our Christmas shopping done. Yay! We also went ahead and put our tree up since David will be on a week long hunting trip in South Dakota the week after Thanksgiving (that's when we normally put it up). Carson really loves looking at the tree all lit up. Morgan loves having the tree up and when people come over she says, "See our Christmas tree? Merry Christmas"! She is so funny. I have been busy baking. I think last week I baked something everyday. Of course, Morgan loves to help and I enjoy letting her help. One day last week, we turned on Christmas music while we were baking and Morgan was dancing all over the kitchen. So much fun. Carson enjoyed watching all the excitement from his bouncy : ) I did manage to snap a couple of pics of Morgan and Carson while we were baking. I'll post them below. Now we are all looking forward to Thanksgiving (I can't believe it is almost here!). We are excited about spending the day with family, eating yummy food, and Morgan is so excited about watching the Macy's Day Parade. We have so much to be thankful for : ) I am so blessed.
