We Are Still Here!

Yes, we are still here : ) I appreciate all of you who follow my blog and the reminders to update. I must admit that I have been lazy the past several weeks and slacked off on the blogging. So here is quick update. We are all well for the most part. I have been a little frustrated with my recent headaches. These are not my usual migraines but a more mild headache that is focused in a different area then my migraines. I wake up at least once a week with one and they last for at least 48 hours. The problem is that my migraine meds don't work on them (or any meds I have for that tried for that matter) and I can't get into my neurologist for another couple of weeks. I can deal with headaches... I was diagnosed with migraines at age 3 after undergoing numerous neurological test. As far back as I can remember I have suffered with them and have been on various medications practically my whole life. I have endured neurological testing, procedures, hospitalizations, emergency treatments, "classic" migraines, status migraines, hemiplegic migraines, ice pick headaches related to migraines, dehydration due to migraines, etc... What is so annoying about these headaches I've been getting is that they always wake me up, they last a long time (but aren't status), and I have tried every migraine medication I have and can't get any relief other than to wait it out. So that is my headache venting : ) Sorry to bore all of you with my frustrations. Hopefully, my neurologist can get to the bottom of my latest headache drama and I can get some relief ; ) As for Morgan, she is just doing great! I am so proud of how much she tries to help with her brother. She wants to be his second mommy. Her vocabulary continues to amaze me! She now says: spectacular, situation, fabulous, irritate, frustrated, and seriously : ) She is 3.5 going on 16 ; ) Carson is just as sweet and laid back as ever. He is so content just to coo and smile at everyone around him. He is much more calm then his sister was at his age. David says its because Morgan is our little drama queen : ) Anyways, I know I need to post pics but have got around to uploading any recently so they will have to wait until another post. We have a busy week ahead and I need sleep.
