Playing Catch Up
I have so much to blog about but it seems like my time is so limited these days. The kids are doing great! Morgan is obsessed with gymnastics now : ) She is always wanting to practice her rolls and cartwheels. Her favorite thing is the balance beam, she practically runs across it so she can get to show off her dismount. We are also still active with Ms. Rachel and playgroup weekly. It seems like Morgan has something going on nearly everyday now. A few weeks ago, David and I took her to the circus and she loved it. Her favorite part was watching the elephants do tricks. Carson is trying hard to crawl. Yes, I know that I'll be in for it once he is mobile ; ) He has the the whole army crawl thing going on for now. He is eating all sorts of baby foods now. Some of his favorites are... peas, carrots, and bananas. He still has a really laid back personality, he just kind of goes with the flow without much care. As for me, I am now officially the big 3-0. My thirtieth birthday was on the 13Th of this month. It was a wonderful birthday! David got me good... he had a surprise party for me and I was clueless. It was a great surprise. He also bought me a 46inch flat screen TV for our bedroom. He knows how I love to get in bed to watch my dvr recordings once the kids go to sleep and the TV that was in our room before was only a 32 inch. David really did good. I am a lucky girl. Now for the big news... (no, we are not having another baby!) we are moving. David's office building is complete, and they are moved in. So now we are going to make the two hour move south. We have spent the last couple of weeks getting the house ready to sell and it will go on the market next week. We are going to start house hunting down there in a couple of weeks. Now that our family is complete we are ready to find a more permanent house with all of the features that we need. We have moved 7 times in the past 10 years and in that time we have bought and sold 3 houses. I think this time we know what we want and we want to stay there a long time. I am a little sad about leaving this area, I love it here. I have wonderful friends and most of my family is close by but two hours away isn't too bad. Plus, I am looking forward to making new friends and reconnecting with the many old college friends we have in the area. Fingers crossed that the house sells quick and we find the perfect home in our new community. Hopefully, my next post will include pictures of the kids : ) Sorry, but I am just too tired to post them tonight. I'm ready to get in bed and catch up on my dvr recordings ; )
