Cabin Fever and Pancakes

I have a bad case of cabin fever : ( I have been house-bound for over three weeks now and it is really getting to me. I feel like a bum because I can't wear makeup and since I can't go anywhere I spend my days wearing sweats. My face is starting to clear up and I'm hoping within a week I'll be able to go back to being normal. On a positive note, Morgan has not had to endure being house-bound as much as I have. I try to arrange outings for her with family. My mom takes her a couple of times a week and they run errands, go out to eat, shop, and play. This week my mom took her to Chuck.E.Cheese which went well. They arrived right when it opened and Morgan had the entire place to herself for about a half hour. She had a blast! Nonnie also really helps out by taking Morgan to her house or to the farm to play. On the weekends, David tries to take Morgan on little errands and usually they make a trip to the park.
In the last few weeks, Morgan has become obsessed with pancakes. Up until recently I would usually make pancakes for breakfast once or twice a week but Morgan has now started asking for them everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. She doesn't like anything on her pancakes, she just wants plain dry pancakes. This isn't our first food obsession before it was grilled cheese sandwiches, then it was peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and now pancakes. Morgan has always been really good about trying all kinds of food but she eats very very small portions throughout the day. In the last couple of months she has become more picky. I have to admit, I worry about her not eating enough (even though she continues to gain weight) and there are days where all else fails and I allow her to indulge in her pancake desire. Her pediatrician has told me that food obsessions are completely normal and she will outgrow this in another year or so. So for now, I am an expert pancake chef : )
