It has been so long since my last post and I have so much to report. First off, I am happy to announce that we have a contract on our house! Yay. A couple came and looked at the house last week and within a few hours they made an offer. We negotiated a bit, then finally agreed and now our house is soon to be sold! All I can say is that I am so relieved and thankful it happened rather quickly. We should be closing on June 18th. The other exciting news is that we found the perfect house down south and our offer was accepted. We will be moving to the new house in about a month : ) The house is just what we were looking for. I know we will be happy there for many years. Morgan is very excited about moving although I know she doesn't fully understand what it is all about. I'm sure she will adjust quickly. We also have two big birthdays coming up! David is turning the big 3-0 on the 22nd and Morgan is turning 4 on the 26th. We have two weekends of parties planned before we move. Carson is working on getting his 5th tooth but he hasn't been too cranky. He is also beginning to interact more with Morgan : ) It is so fun to watch them together. The pictures I posted above we had taken of the kids last week.
