House Hunting

So, we have been making short trips south to do some house hunting lately. We have a great realtor and he is very patient : ) After being thoroughly disappointed with the first 10+ houses we saw, we finally found a couple that are definite contenders. There is one that I absolutely love! David likes it too but he also likes two other homes. Since we are not too familiar with the area we are going to do some research on the neighborhoods to see if that helps to seal a deal. We also have to pace ourselves because our current house has not sold yet. We have had some interest but no contract yet. Please pray that we get a contract soon so we can get this whole moving ordeal over with. It has been a pain to keep the house spotless (and you know I am a clean freak), keep the kids entertained enough so they don't destroy my clean house, and load up the kids and the dog for every showing. I feel positive that we will sell our house soon but I would sure appreciate your prayers. My goal is to move in to our new community/house by early summer so that I can get Morgan involved and familiar before preschool in the fall. I want to get her into a summer session of gymnastics, dance, and swimming in our new area. Fingers crossed that things work out and we sell our current house soon and buy the perfect house for us in our new community.
